Our house unexpectedly flooded due to a faulty pipe and the Protegrity crew got there within 30 minutes of my initial phone call. As I was not local at the time, they were great at communicating what needed to be done and in keeping us informed with texts, photos, and phone calls all throughout the process. Cody saved the day! In the midst of destruction this young man made a terrible situation bearable. He phoned prior to arrival, jumped onto task, explained each step and took the fear out of us. I was so impressed on how I got hold of the owner of Protegrity only 1 day after the hurricane and Protegrity came the next morning to my rescue to help me with the water Intrusion in my condo.

Jerold who came the following morning was very professional and explained everything he was going to do putting the blowers in place to help dry out my condo. Jerold had to come back a few times and adjust the blowers.
